Jeff Payne, Team Leader, The Payne Group 

Jeff Payne came onto the Panama City Real Estate scene in late 2006 and has not looked back. Closing 36 transactions with over $7,000,000 in volume in 2007 put Jeff in the top 2% of Panama City Real Estate Agents and earned him a Silver Award from Keller Williams International. Prior to real estate, Jeff was a local union representative for the United Steelworkers of America. It was this job where he sharpened his negotiating skills. Melonie Payne is the business administrator and partner for The Payne Group. Being a Purdue University Graduate with a business and education background, Melonie knows the importance of customer service and communication. Brenda Rutherford, Buyer Specialist
